PET POLICY

ABT Property Management wants you to enjoy our properties like they were your own. This includes bringing your pet! Pet policy does vary by property, so please confirm with your property manager prior to moving a pet in. 


To ensure our properties can remain at a high standard, the following policies are in place in regards to having an animal in one of our communities. In general, most of these policies apply to cats and dogs.

  • Up to two pets per apartment
  • Non-refundable pet fee: $250
  • Monthly pet rent: $25-45
  • Proof of up to date vaccination records per city requirement

For the safety of all of our residents and staff, no aggressive animals are allowed. Pets need to be leashed at all times while on the property. 


Help keep the grounds clean by taking every effort to pick up animal waste as soon as possible.
